When you submit a waitlist or host application form, we may collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), home airport and flight preference data, and property information (host applicants only).
We use your information to send early access updates (1-2x/month), match pilot demand with host supply geographically, and contact host applicants about their submissions.
By joining the waitlist, you agree to receive occasional emails from Runway Retreats. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
We do not sell your personal information. We use Tally (form collection), MailerLite (email delivery), and Google Workspace (internal communications).
